The property is in a great, central location for anything you want to do in Lubbock. The rooms were perfect for our family of 4 to stay comfortably. The staff was so kind and very helpful. We left my daughter’s in our room, and staff called the day we checked out to let us know and asked us to send them a shipping label, which we thought was so nice.

The room was big with a lot of extras. The beds were comfortable. The room wasn't as cool as I would've liked it to be but it wasn't hot. The pillows were many, but the comfort of the pillows was not good. The couch was really comfortable to set on and the kitchenette was perfect. We would stay here again.

This property was by far the best we have stayed in in Lubbock as a family everything about this hotel was nice. The staff was extra friendly and the rooms were very spacious and beautiful definitely recommend for a big family

It was very clean, well maintained, breakfast was good with lots of options, and the room itself was big with nice amenities. Housekeeping did a nice job and the breakfast attendant was kind.
